1) Download Proxifier from above link.

2) Search a Korea proxy from
http://nntime.com/index.php?psearch=korea or http://www.samair.ru/proxy/proxy-08.htm.

3) Open Proxifier and settings from the menu and "add"  a working korean proxy.

4) Log in to afreeca.co.kr and click the blue button. You are supposed to open the player.
The speed might be low because of the proxy but you can disable it from Proxifier once
you have open the player.
