1. Install
TVU Broadcast
1) System Requirement:
This
version has been tested in WindowsXP and Windows2000.
2) Installation
Unzip
the software package, winbd.zip, to a folder in your local
system for WinBD software installation.
2. Create
user account and channel profile:
1)
Visit the website,
http://www.tvunetworks.com/bdcenter/viewLogin.do
2)
Click the Link, ‘Register Now!’
3)
Input your email address in Username TextBox as
the Username.
4)
Input
password in the Password TextBox and confirm it in
the Re-type Password TextBox, the password policy
restricts the minimum length of password no less than 6
characters.
5)
Input the right hand side validate code in Validate Code
TextBox, and the validate code ignores the Caps Lock key.
6)
Select a country in the ListBox.
7)
Input a channel name in the Channel Name TextBox.
8)
Make some description of this channel in the Channel
Description ListBox.
9)
Click Submit Button to submit the user profile to TVU
BDCenter.

10)
TVU BDCenter will give you
prompt message and send out an activation email to your email
box which is input as username in Username TextBox.

11)
Check the email in your
email box and click the URL to active your user account. Some
mail server, like hotmail, will filter the active email as junk
email. So you should check the junk box in your email box.

12)
After
complete the operation as above, the webpage will show the
successful message.

13)
To modify the
account/channel profile, just login and click the relevant link
to access these webpage.

3. Software
Usage:
Run the file, TVUbroadcast.exe.
4. Create a
channel:
1)
Login to BD. Input the username and password
then
click Login Command Button,

2)
Input the stream source URL into Media URL TextBox.
Input your channel ID into the Channel ID ListBox, that
you registered at BDcenter. Select a free port in your system
and input it in the Port TextBox.

3)
Click Settings Button into Settings tab. This setting
allows you to adjust your upload bandwidth, with bps form, but
it should be more than the stream source bit rate.

4)
Click Start Button. Then check with TVUplayer to
see if the channel is running.
